I met Ana thru my good friend Jill and have known her for a few years now. She is such a fun and lively girl, and she loves Flavio, who seems quiet, but isn’t. Ana and Flavio both live in New York City (she is from Melrose and he is from LA) and are big time lawyers. I was so happy that they decided to have EyeSpy shoot their wedding, I got to spend the whole day with Ana Catalina and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

Matt and I made the 2 hour drive up to Melrose, MN to Ana’s parent’s house where the “getting ready” was taking place. Ana’s dress was purchased in NYC and it was gorgeous! Tons of buttons…

The ceremony took place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Melrose, this place was killer. Beautiful colors, architecture, and decor. And bitchin’ stained glass everywhere.

The reception was held at Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria. They had an outdoor cocktail hour right on the shore of Lake Darling which was refreshing since it was a hot day.

Ok…you are only getting a sneak peek because I am taking it easy today. But I was downloading images from last night’s super extravaganza that was Ana & Flavio’s wedding and I just had to post one because:
1. I love Ana tons,
2. There are muchos fantastico fotographias and I couldn’t keep them to myself and,
3. I want them to see at least one image before they leave for their awesome honeymoon in Portugal.

Jeri and Justin are so adorable. They are some of the nicest and welcoming people that you will ever meet. Justin is so caring and sweet to Jeri. And Jeri is always looking to include Justin. They are so in love. When we shot their engagement last fall, you could tell how in tune they are with each other, and on Saturday, it was more apparent than ever. Again, there are SOOO many great pictures, I can’t post them all, but here are some that I had to share.

We met up with the bride and groom at the Salem Covenant Church in New Brighton. The place was buzzing. Before we started getting ready, Justin asked Jeri if she could tie his tie for him since she always did. Matt caught it and it was so cute.

No, I am not having another baby or getting another dog. Yikes. But I did recently add a lovely little piece of glass to my family of lenses. Ooh, and she is sooooo pretty!

Meet the 50mm 1.2.

She is kinda heavy but oh, so buttery when it comes to the images it produces. I haven’t taken a picture of the lens because I am addicted to it, I don’t think I can remove it from my camera, I love it so much. But here are a couple pictures taken with it.

Remember Amanda and BJ from their maternity shoot a few weeks ago? Well, Miles came into the world 2 weeks ago and I got to meet him today. What a cute little dude. And check the hair. He was such a nice baby, no sass, no fuss, just a sweetie. I almost kidnapped him…but then I remembered Amanda telling me that he doesn’t sleep thru the night yet, so I gave him back.
